Log into your Emporium account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
